[Jada] 9 Months…amazing. Every month Tariq shows me a love deeper than the last. I always think it can’t get any better and every month it gets better. Whether we’re talking about big life decisions or we’re rearranging our furniture he’s always there to help me, even me out and calm my anxious thoughts. I love him so much. He’s the best decision I’ve made in a while.
[Tariq] I can’t help think about the cliché romance movie line “you complete me”, and how this man I was watching on Youtube criticised that line because while it sounds nice, you should not be looking for someone to “complete” you. If you go into a relationship with unresolved issue, that baggage is going to weigh down the relationship. You should be a complete person going into a relationship, and instead ought to look for someone to complement you. I relate this long winded anecdote to say that I feel like Jada and I complement each other well and make up for each other’s shortcomings. It’s really been wonderful married to her.
More importantly, those blasted boxes are finally gone. It’s all cleared up! The bedroom is CLEAN of clutter. Also, the living room was rearranged and now feels a lot more open than it did before. Big changes, big changes. I know we cut this post close to 10 months but that won’t stop me from making another update post in a week or two. See you soon!
